Sáng 1-12, ông Nguyễn Anh Tuấn – Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa chủ trì cuộc họp với các sở, ban, ngành và 4 huyện, thị xã: Diên Khánh, Vạn Ninh, Khánh Vĩnh, Ninh Hòa về tình hình thực tế. Dự án đường cao tốc Vân Phong – Nha Trang hiện hữu.

Theo báo cáo, đến nay có 4 địa phương hoàn thành công tác đo đạc; kiểm kê được 4.863/5.423 thửa đất, đạt 89,67%; xác minh nguồn gốc 4.685 thửa đất, đạt 86,39%; lập phương án bồi thường 4.159 thửa, đạt 76,69%; phê duyệt phương án bồi thường 2.277 thửa, đạt 41,99%; trả tiền bồi thường cho 384 lượt, đạt 7,08%. Các địa phương đã bàn giao mặt bằng cho chủ đầu tư được gần 450,4/gần 616,3ha, đạt 73,08%; giải ngân đạt hơn 116,7/hơn 767,5 tỷ đồng, đạt 15,21%. Dự án có 437 căn hộ cần tái định cư. Các địa phương đã lập báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi, báo cáo kinh tế kỹ thuật khu tái định cư; thẩm định, phê duyệt 6/6 khu tái định cư; đang tiến hành các thủ tục tiếp theo để triển khai đầu tư xây dựng công trình.

Kết luận cuộc họp, ông Nguyễn Anh Tuấn yêu cầu các địa phương đẩy nhanh công tác giải phóng mặt bằng, bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư. Trong đó tập trung thực hiện nghiêm túc các bước kiểm tra, xác minh nguồn gốc và lập, phê duyệt phương án bồi thường, hỗ trợ; sớm hoàn thành công tác chuyển hạ tầng kỹ thuật sang giao diện cho đơn vị thi công; phấn đấu giải ngân hết nguồn vốn được giao vào năm 2022. Về phát triển, xây dựng khu tái định cư, các địa phương khẩn trương tổ chức bồi thường, di chuyển các đối tượng thụ hưởng trên khu đất tái định cư; hoàn thiện hồ sơ thiết kế và hồ sơ lựa chọn, chỉ định khu tái định cư để tổ chức thi công. Các sở, ban, ngành liên quan cần phân bổ, hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ chặt chẽ 4 địa phương thực hiện chuyển giao hạ tầng kỹ thuật; công khai giá vật liệu xây dựng; xác định giá đền bù hoa màu…
