Dự án Khu đô thị và du lịch Ấn Quang, huyện Phù Cát được xây dựng nhằm hoàn thiện đồng bộ hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật và hạ tầng xã hội cho một khu đô thị hiện đại về không gian, kiến trúc và cảnh quan. ; hình thành các dự án thương mại, dịch vụ, du lịch….
Ngày 5/12, theo tin từ Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư tỉnh Bình Định, đơn vị vừa thông báo mời quan tâm dự án đầu tư có sử dụng đất tại dự án Khu đô thị và du lịch An Quang. Dự án này có mục tiêu xây dựng Khu đô thị – du lịch mới Ấn Quang, huyện Phù Cát nhằm hoàn thiện đồng bộ hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật và hạ tầng xã hội cho một khu đô thị hiện đại về không gian và kiến trúc. kiến trúc, cảnh quan; hình thành các dự án thương mại dịch vụ, du lịch, khách sạn, nhà hàng. Điều này nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu mua sắm, thư giãn, giải trí của người dân với kiến trúc, kỹ thuật theo quy hoạch được duyệt và phù hợp với tình hình phát triển kinh tế – xã hội hiện tại và tương lai.
Khai thác triệt để quỹ đất dành cho khu đô thị nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu mua sắm tiêu dùng, vui chơi giải trí và an cư của người dân khu vực phía Đông Bắc huyện Phù Cát và các vùng lân cận, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho người dân mua, thuê, cho thuê mua bất động sản để ở. và thư giãn trong một không gian văn minh, hiện đại, hạ tầng đồng bộ, sạch đẹp và tiện ích, nâng cao đời sống vật chất và tinh thần cho nhân dân khu vực triển khai dự án. bản án. Theo Quyết định số 3794/QĐ-UBND, UBND tỉnh Bình Định phê duyệt yêu cầu sơ bộ về năng lực, kinh nghiệm của nhà đầu tư đăng ký thực hiện dự án đầu tư có sử dụng đất để tổ chức đấu thầu lựa chọn nhà đầu tư. Đầu tư Dự án Khu đô thị và du lịch An Quang, huyện Phù Cát, tỉnh Bình Định. Đồng thời, UBND tỉnh Bình Định giao Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư chủ trì, phối hợp với các cơ quan liên quan tổ chức triển khai các bước tiếp theo, công bố danh mục dự án.
Đồng thời, đánh giá sơ bộ năng lực, kinh nghiệm của nhà đầu tư đăng ký thực hiện dự án, báo cáo UBND tỉnh theo đúng quy định của pháp luật. Trước đó, ngày 27/10/2022, UBND tỉnh Bình Định đã ban hành Quyết định số 3515/QĐ-UBND chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, đồng thời phê duyệt danh mục dự án đầu tư có sử dụng đất trong khu vực dự án. Khu đô thị và du lịch Ấn Quang, huyện Phù Cát. Cụ thể, dự án đầu tư xây dựng có diện tích 89,2 ha, chia làm 2 phân khu, trong đó khu đô thị 48,5 ha và khu dịch vụ du lịch 40,69 ha.
Dự án có tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 5.228 tỷ đồng, thời gian hoạt động 50 năm và tiến độ hoàn thành dự kiến của toàn bộ dự án là không quá 6 năm kể từ ngày hợp đồng thực hiện dự án có hiệu lực hoặc được phê duyệt. tiếp chủ đầu tư dự án. Được biết, dự án cũng khai thác triệt để quỹ đất dành cho khu đô thị nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu mua sắm tiêu dùng, vui chơi giải trí, an cư của người dân khu vực phía Đông Bắc huyện Phù Cát và các vùng lân cận, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho người dân sinh sống và làm việc. tạo điều kiện cho người dân được mua, thuê, cho thuê mua bất động sản để ở, nghỉ dưỡng trong một khu vực văn minh, hiện đại, đồng bộ về cơ sở hạ tầng, cảnh quan, xanh, sạch, đẹp và tiện ích, nâng cao đời sống vật chất và tinh thần cho người dân. khu vực dự án. Theo đó, toàn tỉnh Bình Định có 213 dự án với quy mô 11.546 ha, nay điều chỉnh còn 509 dự án với quy mô 6.985 ha. Cụ thể, TP Quy Nhơn có 53 dự án với quy mô 9.451 ha, nay điều chỉnh còn 79 dự án với 1.394 ha; Thị xã An Nhơn có 14 dự án với quy mô 382 ha, nay điều chỉnh còn 56 dự án với quy mô 764 ha; huyện Tây Sơn có 16 dự án với quy mô 152 ha, nay điều chỉnh còn 31 dự án với quy mô 524 ha; Huyện Phù Mỹ có 5 dự án với quy mô 81 ha, nay điều chỉnh còn 99 dự án với quy mô 972 ha. Trước đó, ngày 20/10/2022, UBND tỉnh Bình Định đã ban hành Quyết định số 3410/QĐ-UBND phê duyệt điều chỉnh, bổ sung Quy hoạch phát triển nhà ở tỉnh Bình Định giai đoạn 2020-2025.
