Cụ thể là tại Nghị quyết số 124 (ngày 15/9/2022) của Chính phủ, Chỉ thị số 19 (ngày 17/10/2022) của Thủ tướng Chính phủ và các chỉ đạo có liên quan của Chính phủ, Thủ tướng Chính phủ, Tỉnh ủy, HĐND tỉnh, UBND tỉnh Bình Thuận về công tác này.
UBND tỉnh Bình Thuận đề nghị xử lý nghiêm khắc theo quy định pháp luật các chủ đầu tư, Ban quản lý dự án, tổ chức, cá nhân cố tình gây khó khăn, cản trở, làm chậm tiến độ giao vốn, thực hiện và giải ngân vốn đầu tư công. Thay thế kịp thời những cán bộ, công chức, viên chức yếu kém về năng lực, trì trệ, gây nhũng nhiễu, tiêu cực và kiên quyết xử lý các hành vi tiêu cực trong quản lý đầu tư công. Dứt khoát không xếp loại hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ đối với tổ chức, cá nhân không hoàn thành nhiệm vụ giải ngân năm 2022 do nguyên nhân chủ quan.
Riêng Sở Tài chính và Kho bạc Nhà nước tỉnh Bình Thuận phối hợp chặt chẽ với chủ đầu tư, xử lý các vướng mắc phát sinh, rút ngắn thời gian kiểm soát chi để thanh toán cho các dự án khi có đủ điều kiện giải ngân.
