Ninh Thuận kêu gọi đầu tư 39 dự án giai đoạn 2021-2025
Trong giai đoạn 2021-2025, tỉnh Ninh Thuận kêu gọi đầu tư 39 dự án; trong đó có 9 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực khu đô thị, dân cư, nhà ở.
Chủ tịch tỉnh Ninh Thuận, ông Trần Quốc Nam vừa ký quyết định Phê duyệt danh mục các dự án thu hút đầu tư trên địa bàn tỉnh Ninh Thuận giai đoạn 2021-2025.
Theo quyết định này, danh mục các dự án thu hút đầu tư vào tỉnh Ninh Thuận giai đoạn 2021-2025 có 39 dự án. Trong đó có 9 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực khu đô thị, dân cư, nhà ở; 11 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực thương mại, dịch vụ; 9 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực công nghiệp; 4 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực xã hội hóa và 6 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực nông nghiệp.
Lĩnh vực nhà ở, khu đô thị có những dự án tiêu biểu như Khu đô thị mới Tây Bắc (Phường Phước Mỹ và xã Thành Hải) diện tích 91.37ha; Khu đô thị mới Đông Bắc (khu K3, phường Văn Hải, thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm), diện tích 74.13ha; Khu đô thị mới Đông Văn Sơn – Bắc Bình Sơn (phường Văn Hải, thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm, thị trấn Khánh Hải, huyện Ninh Hải) diện tích hơn 201ha.
Ngoài ra, còn có Khu đô thị mới Đông Nam 1 (phường Tấn Tài và phường Mỹ Hải, thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm) diện tích hơn 99ha; Khu đô thị mới Đông Nam 2 (phường Tấn Tài , thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm), diện tích hơn 41ha; Khu đô thị mới núi Đá Chồng Thị trấn Khánh Hải (huyện Ninh Hải) diện tích 52.93ha; Khu đô thị mới Đông Nam thị trấn Tân Sơn (thị trấn Tân Sơn, huyện Ninh Sơn) diện tích 14ha …
Về lĩnh vực thương mại, dịch vụ có các dự án lớn như Khu trung tâm thương mại Tháp Chàm (phường Đô Vinh, thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm), diện tích 1.10ha; Trung tâm thương mại tại lô đất có ký hiệu CC-01 (Khu K2) Khu đô thị biển Bình Sơn – Ninh Chữ (Khu K2) (thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm), diện tích 87.10ha; Dự án Mũi Dinh Paradise Hotel Resort an Spa (Xã Phước Dinh, huyện Thuận Nam Hình), diện tích 5.54ha.
Bên cạnh đó là Dự án Du lịch tại khu vực bãi đá trứng (xã Phước Dinh Xã Phước Dinh, huyện Thuận Nam), diện tích 30ha; Trạm dừng chân Hanbaram thôn Suối Đá (xã Lợi Hải, huyện Thuận Bắc), diện tích hơn 73ha.
Về lĩnh vực công nghiệp có các dự án như Hạ tầng cụm công nghiệp Chế biến thủy sản tập trung (Xã Phước Minh, huyện Thuận Nam), diện tích 16.70ha; Dự án Cảng biển tổng hợp Cà Ná -giai đoạn 2 (xã Cà Ná, huyện Thuận Nam), diện tích 49.62ha; Dự án đầu tư hạ tầng CCN Phước Minh 1 (Xã Phước Minh, huyện Thuận Nam), diện tích 75ha; Nhà máy tinh bột mỳ kết hợp chăn nuôi bò thịt (Tiểu khu 58B, xã Phước Tiến, huyện Bác Ái, tỉnh Ninh Thuận), diện tích 22.90ha …
Đối với lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, tỉnh Ninh Thuận kêu gọi các dự án lớn như Dự án trồng nho ứng dụng công nghệ cao, kết hợp du lịch sinh thái tham quan vườn (Thôn Thái An, xã Vinh Hải, huyện Ninh Hải), diện tích 13.70 ha; Dự án Nuôi biển công nghệ cao, có diện tích 920ha tại xã Nhơn Hải, huyện Ninh Hải; Dự án đầu tư đầu tư hạ tầng vùng sản xuất giống thủy sản ứng dụng công nghệ cao An Hải (Xã An Hải , huyện Ninh Phước), diện tích 245ha…
UBND tỉnh Ninh Thuận giao Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư chủ trì, phối hợp với Ban quản lý các Khu công nghiệp tỉnh và các cơ quan liên quan căn cứ danh mục dự án được phê duyệt, tổ chức kêu gọi và hướng dẫn các nhà đầu tư đăng ký thực hiện dự án theo quy định. Giao Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường, Sở Xây dựng và các địa phương có trách nhiệm rà soát các thủ tục pháp lý liên quan, đảm bảo đầy đủ, chặt chẽ trong quá trình thực hiện chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư.
